With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns
We accept return of products by mail. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
l Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
l If the return is a result of our error or defective product. It is best to take a video of the packaging when receiving the goods. Please contact our customer service and provide a photo or video and we will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges or follow up your question.

Return Conditions
l To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable, and in the same condition that you received it.
l It must also be in the original packaging.
l To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. The previous paid shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds

l After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund.
l Refunds for the returned items will be processed in 1-3 business days after we receive your package. During high-peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.
l Refunds automatically credit the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within one week.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
